Story and the Farm

Like all great things, we started with a great plan to do something UNIQUE. The ORCHARD and business is more than just a job, it’s a love. Lucky really, because it takes up ALL of our time!  The first planting in 2012 was the result of a life-long dream of owning our own cider apple orchard and making a product we are extremely proud of.

Our Motivation

Northern Tasmania is rich in farmland and bush land, the perfect place to grow heirloom varieties of cider apples. We are driven to produce a unique and delicious product that has complexity of flavour from apple varieties that are not normally presented for drinking in PURE juice form.  In addition, the health benefits of cider apples, make our work even more rewarding.
